People often want the quick fix, but in order to achieve lasting results, it is essential to address problems in achievable ways. It takes 2-3 months, on average, to create a new neural pathway in the brain, which means it will take that long to create a new habit. The focus on doing one new thing, and doing it well, is proven to have ripple effects through human nervous systems and can become the foundation of broader changes to not only the lifestyle of individuals, but also their self respect, self esteem and overall positive identity. These 12 weeks will focus on consistency, repetition, and goal specificity, tailored to the needs of each client. This package can be helpful to anyone, but has been designed in consideration for individuals who are looking to make major lifestyle changes, but don’t know where to start; have been unsuccessful in the past; require more support for their executive functions; need to make changes quickly; or are struggling after major mental or physical health challenges.

This package is intended to occur over 12 consecutive weeks, the course of one season. I will reschedule sessions within the same calendar week, but I do not intend to extend meetings beyond 13 calendar weeks. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.
